> Collaborate with team to define target personas and create persona profiles

> Align product roadmap with marketing plan and planned campaigns/communications
> Conduct interviews with product manager(s) to feed content production
> Determine budget-friendly and appropriate marketing channels for selected content types
> Recommend and create broad and persona-specific content
> Create, refresh, or recycle content across varying content-types (i.e. eBook, webinar, article, infographic, video)
> Create campaign plan and cadence across target personas and marketing channels
> Execute marketing plans and ensure regular touches
> Run multivariate (A/B) testing and tweak messaging and visuals
> Analyze campaign performance & ROI and recommend tweaks and budget allocation changes
> Sales and pipeline reporting
> Sales outreach and campaign follow up email templates/ 1:1 email copy
> Optimize sales process and increase efficiency and adoption of CRM use by sales executives, while ensuring the executive team and other departments have access to the data they require to make business decisions
> Train and support sales executives in using CRM day-to-day and tracking sales activity, pipeline/closed deals, and lead disposition.
> Expertise in implementing and managing Salesforce.com, Marketo, HubSpot, and many other sales and marketing tools
> Manage, enhance, and enrich database
> Set up reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
> Customize sales & marketing automation systems to fit the process and needs of the organization
> Manage event setup and logistics (i.e. sponsorships, booth, promotions to event registrants, meeting rooms at event, event logistics, speaking opportunities, giveaways, etc.)
> Conceptualize and create internal events (Sales Kickoffs, User Groups, Customer Appreciation Event (upsell opportunities)) and manage set up, venue, logistics, agenda, partners/sponsorships, promotion, and execution.
